General overview

Overhead crane is used to lift indoor objects. Generally speaking trolley or electric hoist with lifting objects moves on the track of main girder to finish transverse moving and the complete machine moves along rail track on the support column to finish horizontal moving.

• Main girder end girder and support legs are fabricated as box girder with steel Q235B and do shot blasting treatment before painting which greatly reduces the risk of easy corrosion and rusting
• Crane moving mechanism uses three-in-one motors and precision cast steel wheel which ensures crane the move smoothly
• Compact electric hoist widely used is easily operated and inspected Kevino will equip reliable brand hoist for all cranes;
• Electrical control system brand: Schneider or China famous brand with same quality. VFDs could be added for soft moving according to customers’ demands.

Technical Standards

• All overhead cranes fabricated shall be in accordance with GB/T14405-2011"General-purpose Overhead Crane"
• All cranes power supply shall be customized to suit different demands from different customers.
• All cranes delivered to customers shall provide general drawings and instruction manuals
