Currently there have 7 members in service team of Kevino, all members have rich experience of operating, installing, debugging and repairing hundreds sets cranes, some of them have finished the job excellently overseas many times.
Main services you will get from Kevino include 3 parts as below:
1. Complete set gantry crane and overhead crane delivering service
As we deliver the machine, general drawing and products list will be also included, then you can check the machine details anytime in future
2. Training for installing, debugging, safe operating and maintaining of gantry and overhead cranes.
Kevino could send technicians to train workers in the worksite of endusers, and your workers are also welcome to receive training in our factory in China.
3. On-site service
If on-site service needed, Kevino could send technicians to finish the job in worldwide countries
4. Spare parts supplying service
Kevino has special warehouses for spare parts like motors, busbar, remotes, brakes, casting wheels and so on, which ensure quick delivery, immediate and continuous supply if customers need them
